O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

The position requires leading a store team to deliver excellent customer service to both retail and professional customers. You will ensure efficient processing of orders, transfers, and returns while maintaining store

Formación

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure and ledger.
• Ensure returns are processed accurately and merchandise invoicing is completed before leaving store.
• Ensure Zipline messages, Image Maker tasks, and merchandising assignments are carried out.
• Oversee daily shift operations and adherence to posted schedules; manage clock-ins/outs.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure cash deposits.
