Job summary
O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role includes leading a team, staffing during peak hours, coaching, and assisting in hires. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
- Must have: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
- Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification and ASE Certification.
- Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.
Responsibilities
- Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
- Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and related programs.
- Work with the store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
- Assist in hiring by participating in interviews and coordinating recruitment.
- Process buy online/ship to store and transfers in a timely manner.
- Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Perform opening/closing duties and secure money/deposits per policy.
- Maintain store building, signage, lighting, and delivery vehicles.
- All other duties as assigned.
