Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desirable: Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service at the showroom and execute programs like Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot.
• Help schedule staffing during peak hours and manage training progress for team members.
• Assist in hiring tasks, conduct interviews, and select qualified candidates.
• Ensure calls and inquiries are answered per policy and processes are followed.
• Oversee buy online/ship to store and transfers, and communicate shipment arrivals as needed.
• Manage returns, refunds, and ensure proper invoicing of merchandise.
• Ensure daily operations including opening/closing duties, cash handling, and security procedures.
