Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager with staffing, goal setting, coaching, and training for team members.
• Participate in the hiring process by conducting interviews and coordinating with management.
• Ensure timely handling of buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders.
