Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs and staff execution.
• Assist in staffing and scheduling to meet peak hours.
• Coach and mentor team members and manage training.
• Assist in hiring by interviewing candidates and coordinating with management.
• Ensure returns, exchanges and refunds are processed accurately and efficiently.
