Surge Staffing is seeking a motivated, energetic Bilingual Staffing Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our team. This full-time role focuses on recruiting, screening, onboarding, and delivering top-notch service to clients and temporary workers in both English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to cultivate relationships in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees in English and Spanish.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements.
• Assist Spanish-speaking applicants and employees throughout hiring and onboarding.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking.
