Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator/Forklift Validator at client sites in Ontario, CA and San Bernardino, CA. The role focuses on day-to-day staffing execution, employee issue resolution, onboarding, payroll and timekeeping, and data-driven workforce management.

Ideal candidates will have forklift knowledge, bilingual Spanish/English abilities, and experience in staffing, with a proactive, safety-minded approach to operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months to 1 year related staffing experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Forklift experience and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts on employee issues.
• Educate client on guidelines and set expectations for handling issues.
• Ensure timely handling of all employee issues.
• Coordinate resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners.
• Deliver client onboarding orientations.
• Process payroll and track attendance/compliance.
• Run reports using CRM/Power BI to identify workforce challenges.
