Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator/Forklift Validator for client sites in Ontario, CA and San Bernardino, CA. Schedule is 8:00am–5:00pm with flexibility to 6:00am–2:30pm. Must be bilingual in Spanish/English and have forklift experience.

You will manage day-to-day client interactions, onboarding, and payroll-related tasks, while coordinating with vendors and staff to meet SLAs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Requires forklift experience and bilingual Spanish/English
• High school diploma or 6 months–1 year related staffing experience
• Experience in staffing, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments
• Proficient with reporting and workforce management tools
• Flexibility to travel between Ontario and San Bernardino sites

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for vendors and client contacts on employee issues
• Educate clients on guidelines and set expectations for handling issues
• Ensure timely and appropriate handling of employee issues
• Coordinate resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners
• Deliver client-oriented new hire orientations
• Collect and review onboarding documents prior to start
• Run reports and use data to identify workforce challenges
• Participate in safety and operations meetings and document safety incidents
• Coach associates on attendance policies and conduct performance reviews
• Process payroll and track attendance, wage, and hour compliance
