Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Staff Performance Coordinator/Forklift Validator in Ontario, CA and San Bernardino, CA. The role requires bilingual Spanish/English proficiency and forklift experience, with client-site duties at manufacturing/warehouse locations.

Schedule is 8:00am-5:00pm with potential shift adjustments. The position involves onboarding, payroll processing, safety/operations meetings, and data-driven workforce management using CRM, Power BI, and timekeeping tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months to 1 year staffing experience.
• Bilingual fluent in Spanish/English.
• Forklift experience and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for the handling of any employee issues.
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
• Coordinates resolution of the all-workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas for all parties.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Collects and reviews all required work related onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues to the appropriate resource (CRM, Power BI, time/attendance software).
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents and investigates safety incidents and executes the safety observation program.
• Coaches associates on attendance policies, conducts ABC performance reviews, and assigns and ends associate assignments.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
