Masis Staffing Solutions in Richfield, MN is seeking a Service Manager who is bilingual (English/Spanish) to lead a team of Service Coordinators, drive productivity, and expand client relationships.

You will mentor staff, balance workloads, review performance, and promote new business through prospecting and account management; experience in staffing and financial awareness is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field and at least 3 years of staffing industry experience.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is highly desirable (bilingual).
• Required: 3 years of successful leadership talents include mentoring, delegating, and motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job orders are processed and filled with quality candidates
