Job summary

Midway Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Staffing Coordinator in Kenosha to serve as the branch face. You’ll source and interview bilingual candidates, match them to roles, and guide onboarding and background checks for new associates.

You’ll maintain the ATS and ensure smooth, timely placements for clients. You’ll work with recruiters and the Branch Manager on hiring strategy, represent Midway at local career fairs, and help build a strong Kenosha talent pool while keeping processes tight and

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
1–2 years in staffing, recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
Comfort conducting in-person and phone interviews with attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft and/or Google Suite; ATS experience is a plus.
High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates in English and Spanish, in person and by phone.
Matching people to roles so the placement actually sticks.
Onboarding paperwork, background checks, and first-day prep for new associates.
Keeping the ATS accurate and up to date.
Following up on live placements so both the client and the associate are happy.
Partnering with your recruiters and Branch Manager on hiring strategy.
Representing Midway at career fairs and recruitment drives to grow the Kenosha talent pool.
