Job summary

Ron's Staffing Services, Inc. seeks a motivated Bilingual Staffing Recruiter to source, screen, interview, onboard, and place candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire roles from Addison, IL. The role emphasizes strong communication and service to clients and employees.

You will recruit via job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach while managing onboarding tasks such as I-9, E-Verify, and background checks. Maintain ATS records and build client relationships.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and client information.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on skills, experience, and availability.
• Facilitate onboarding activities including employment paperwork, I-9 verification, E-Verify processing, drug screening, and background checks.
• Maintain accurate applicant and employee records within the ATS.
• Coordinate employee start dates, orientations, and client assignments.
• Communicate assignment details, schedules, attendance expectations, and workplace policies to employees.
• Follow up with employees regarding attendance, job performance, and assignment completion.
• Assist with employee relations issues and provide support to field employees.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and job seekers.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and assist walk-in applicants.
• Meet recruiting, placement, and retention goals established by management.
• Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach activities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
