Job summary

Uline is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Team Lead at our Kenosha, WI location. You will coach bilingual representatives, review customer interactions across phone and email, and drive coaching and performance reviews to elevate customer satisfaction.

Minimum 3+ years in CS with 2+ years in leadership, plus fluency in English and Spanish, are required. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership/supervisory role preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop bilingual CS representatives in knowledge, policies, and performance metrics.
• Review calls and emails to evaluate quality and provide coaching.
• Provide feedback to management on process improvements.
• Facilitate team meetings and one-on-one training sessions.
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide weekly support.
