Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Minimum of 6 months related experience.
• Familiar with workforce management systems and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee-related concerns and workforce issues.
• Educate partners and stakeholders on workforce policies, procedures and expectations.
• Ensure employee issues are resolved accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate issue resolution with vendors and internal partners while identifying risks.
• Deliver customized new hire orientations.
• Collect, review and verify onboarding documents prior to start dates.
• Monitor workforce data and generate reports to identify trends and risks.
