Job summary

North Texas Therapy & Home Care seeks a bilingual SLPA to provide skilled speech therapy to pediatric patients in home or facility settings.

The role requires Texas SLPA licensure and at least 6 months of pediatric clinical experience, with home health experience preferred. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and ongoing professional development are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Current Texas SLPA licensure.
• Minimum 6 months of full-time clinical experience.
• Pediatrics experience required.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Provides services in the patient's home or daytime facility.
• Schedules weekly supervision visits with supervising SLP per Texas board guidelines.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient.
• Plans care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Keeps knowledge current by education, reading publications, and networking.
