Job summary

North Texas Therapy & Home Care in Texas is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide pediatric therapy in patients' homes or daytime facilities. The role includes planning and delivering interventions under supervision, coordinating with the care team, and meeting individual goals.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), hold an active Texas SLPA license, and have at least 6 months of full-time clinical experience, preferably in home health or

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled speech therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Provides services in the patient’s home or daytime facility.
• Schedules weekly supervision visits with supervising SLP per Texas board guidelines.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and address team goals for each patient.
• Plans care to meet goals of speech therapy interventions.
• Keeps knowledge up-to-date through education, publications, and professional involvement.
• Seeks opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
