Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and assists members at the Elm Grove branch.
• Strives to meet performance goals aligned with the Members for Life Philosophy.
• Gains knowledge of UW Credit Union products and services to make recommendations.
• Ensures accurate handling of member requests at the Teller line.
• Follows Cash Management policies and procedures.
• Investigates potential errors in Teller transactions and communicates with members.
• Builds relationships with members and makes referrals when appropriate.
• Looks for ways to exceed member expectations.
• Collaborates with branch team to address member and branch needs.
