Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work with customers of all ages and backgrounds.
• Spanish language ability required for bilingual service.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-facing member service at Fish Hatchery branch.
• Balance cash drawer and process teller transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of UW Credit Union products and services.
• Ensure all member requests are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Identify referrals to deepen member relationships and meet needs.
• Strive to exceed member expectations in every interaction.
