Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (read, write, speak fluently).
• Proficient with Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer, track, and respond to inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and gather equipment details before dispatch.
