Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Must be bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish, with written and spoken proficiency in both languages.
• Working knowledge of mechanical/electrical equipment systems or a strong aptitude for learning technical troubleshooting.
• Proficient in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM/ERP systems.
• Excellent phone, listening, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Answer, track, and handle incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly.
• Perform initial phone-level troubleshooting and gather equipment details to prioritize service calls.
• Coordinate service and technician schedule based on urgency and workload.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records in Salesforce or similar CRM.
