Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, teaching communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training and a supportive team environment. The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB testing; Spanish

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days of onboarding.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities
