Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, guiding them through individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will employ evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training, and the role emphasizes teamwork, compassion, and patient care.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age; high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and TB test.
• Pass pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques; reduce interfering behaviors.
• Participate in comprehensive training and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
