Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under a BCBA. You’ll apply evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Be prepared to stand and assist with lifting up to 50 pounds. No prior experience is required—comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Ability to work well in a team setting and remain patient with children.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one work with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team to ensure safe, engaging sessions.
