Job summary

The Zafran Law Group in Philadelphia is seeking a detail-oriented, Spanish bilingual intake coordinator to join our growing team. This role handles new leads, gathers information for new cases, and enters data into our case management system. Duties include speaking with Spanish-speaking clients, reviewing referral files, and requesting accident photos, IDs, and insurance documents.

A bonus for other languages. 1 year intake experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of client intake or relevant experience preferred.
• Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.
