Gamez Law Firm in San Antonio seeks a Bilingual Intake Specialist to interview prospective clients, provide exceptional service, and support attorneys with accurate intake materials. You will handle in-person, phone, and video intake while maintaining meticulous records and responsive follow-up communications.

This full-time, in-office position requires empathy and strong organizational skills. Ideal candidates have intake experience in personal injury law, excellent communication, and comfort

Qualifications

• Spanish bilingual - fluent.
• Personable with empathetic understanding.
• Effective communication and written skills.
• One or more years’ experience performing intakes for a personal injury law firm preferred.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours on occasion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Internet, Google, etc.
• Basic knowledge of legal terminology, intake processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective clients in-person, by phone and email.
• Provide consistent, unparalleled customer service.
• Conduct basic research to investigate clients’ claims have merit.
• Complete intake process with potential clients in person and/or via phone/video.
• Perform follow-up calls/emails/texts to potential clients.
• Prepare and send accurate and complete intake paperwork to an attorney for review.
• Relay decision to decline potential clients if case has been rejected by Intake Specialist or Attorney.
• Maintain meticulous records in firm software program.
• Perform administrative or other duties in-office as assigned.
