Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, applying individualized behavior plans under BCBA supervision. You will use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test.
• Pass pre-employment background check.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using individualized behavior plans.
• Implement evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills.
• Operate under the guidance of a BCBA and support the family's goals.
