Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in a one-on-one setting. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

Patience, compassion, and teamwork are essential as you work with families and children; training is provided, and experience is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans guided by a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Provide patient, compassionate support and maintain a safe, positive environment.
