Job summary

Centria Autism is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children who have autism, implementing individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based methods to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support so you can grow in the field of Behavioral Analysis and make a meaningful impact on children and families.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and high school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certification and TB test required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification within 45 days of onboarding.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one work with children with autism.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support children in a safe, engaging learning environment.
