Job summary

Centria Autism seeks motivated Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will apply evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and team‑oriented.
• 18+ years of age; HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and evidence-based techniques.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
• Receive comprehensive training to prepare you for the role.
