Job summary

Centria is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision. You will apply evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

No prior experience required—comprehensive training is provided. You should be patient, compassionate, and a strong team player.

Qualifications

• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Must obtain an Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and promote positive outcomes for children and families.
