Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is hiring a bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative for an onsite Irvine role. Hours are 9:30am-5:00pm with pay starting at USD22 per hour.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, owning cases to resolution, translating content, and building distributor relationships while collaborating with operations, logistics, marketing, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or administrative experience.
• Heavy phone experience.
• Must be fluent in English in addition to a second language.
• Onsite work is required.

Responsibilities

• Field and resolve product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and account support via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain ownership of cases from first contact through full resolution.
• Translate marketing and product content into the other language.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, not just end customers.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, marketing, and product teams.
• Demonstrate brand values: professionalism, warmth, and skincare passion.
