Job summary

AT&T in Frederick, MD is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers select from our products and services with a personalized sales approach.

You will guide shoppers on options, be part of the local community through events, fill online orders and make outbound calls, with a 9am–9pm schedule that includes weekends and advance scheduling.No prior sales experience? We’ll provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet and exceed your goals and earn commissions.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? training provided to help you meet goals.
• Must be able to work a schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach on the sales floor to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
• Stay flexible and open to change to meet evolving customer needs.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training and coaching provided to help you meet and exceed your goals.
