AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Frederick, MD, to deliver personalized service and guide customers through product choices. You’ll be part of a busy sales floor, building connections and helping customers choose the best devices and services to fit their needs.

You’ll operate with a consultative approach, supporting events, online orders, and outbound calls. A strong, flexible schedule, including weekends, is required to respond to customer demand and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends; monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance.
• Stay flexible to changing needs and evolving technology to meet customer requirements.
