AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose from AT&T’s products and services, using a consultative sales approach. The role emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish communication, meeting sales targets, and earning commissions in a fast-paced retail setting.

The position includes a schedule from 9am to 9pm (weekends), opportunities to participate in events, online orders, and outbound calls, with comprehensive training and a path toward achieving sales goals and earning

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
• This is a fast-paced environment; adapt to evolving tech and customer needs.
