Job summary

AT&T in Garland, TX is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to connect customers with the latest devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach to help customers choose products that fit their needs, while earning commissions on top of hourly pay.

You’ll work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, and may benefit from bilingual requirements. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and formal training is provided to help you meet goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required or a plus.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Maintain a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with 2-week advance seniority-based scheduling.
• Adapt to a fast-paced tech environment and evolving customer needs.
• Support customers with training and coaching resources to achieve goals.
