Job summary

AT&T is seeking a bilingual (Spanish and English) retail sales candidate to provide consultative guidance, build meaningful customer connections, and drive sales in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include guiding customers through product options, handling online orders, outbound calls, and participating in community events while maintaining current knowledge of technology and customer service approaches. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Speak Spanish and English.
• Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Flexibility and openness to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience required; AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching.
• Candidates with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with applicable fair chance laws and ordinances.
• Ability to perform duties involving contact with customers/candidates/clients, safety-sensitive vehicle/tool/machine operation if applicable, and handling or proximity to sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through product and service options.
• Create meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission through AT&T’s products and services.
• Participate in community events.
• Fill online orders.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work scheduled hours between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Stay current with evolving technology and changing customer service approaches.
