Job summary

AT&T in Arlington, TX, seeks bilingual Retail Sales Consultant (Spanish/English) to guide customers through options, process online orders, and call potential clients. You’ll work a flexible schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends, with advanced scheduling and the potential for uncapped commissions.

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and AT&T provides tools, training and coaching to help you achieve your goals.

• No sales experience? Training and coaching provided to help you meet goals.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Monthly seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission.
• Create meaningful connections with every customer with personalized sales expertise.
