AT&T in Columbia, MD is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect with customers and tailor solutions using our latest devices and services.

You’ll use a consultative sales approach to meet and exceed targets while earning uncapped commissions. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply. Schedule includes weekends; 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willing to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events and handling online orders.
• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving technology.
