Job summary

AT&T Retail is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Rosenberg, TX. You will use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options and help them find the right products and services. You will also fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

You will work a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with seniority-based scheduling over the coming weeks. No sales experience? training and coaching are provided to help you meet and exceed goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through options with a consultative sales approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks of seniority-based planning.
• Stay flexible in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving customer needs.
