Capital One, a leading American bank, seeks a bilingual Product Delivery Manager for International Markets (LATAM). The role leads end-to-end integration of core payment products—EMV, Digital, Tokenization, and 3DS—for issuing and acquiring partners across LATAM.

You will serve as a hands-on technical SME, troubleshooting, guiding partners, and ensuring successful network certification and rollout with a strong focus on client success and risk management.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience with L3 Certification (Acquiring or Issuing).
• Experience in client-facing technical delivery or stakeholder management.
• Experience troubleshooting payment network implementations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical SME translating network specs into client implementation plans.
• Guide partners through L3 terminal certification setup and test case execution.
• Troubleshoot CPV/LOC related issues and sign off on documentation.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on technical integration issues.
