Job summary

State Street is seeking a seasoned Product Development Manager to drive M&A integration and product development builds in Latin America as part of its expansion strategy. You will report to the Head of Custody, Digital & Fund Services and lead complex, cross‑functional delivery programs with tight deadlines.

You will engage senior stakeholders, oversee governance, plan resources, and ensure client‑ready capabilities are delivered within a global infrastructure. LATAM experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Securities Services subject matter expertise with market awareness.
• Proven program management skills across large cross‑functional programs.
• Experience delivering work in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication across levels of an organization.
• Track record of completing complex initiatives on time.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a global, matrix setup.
• Experience solving data integration challenges at scale.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic development and integration path for State Street and clients.
• Set governance for development programs with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Plan budgets and secure resources for development and integration work.
• Manage project status, timelines and accountability across streams.
• Lead design workshops to define requirements and test plans.
• Ensure operational readiness and client communication through delivery.
• Coordinate with technology on build design and execution.
• Align with client facing teams for pre/post integration services.
