Qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities preferred with fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience in customer service or loyalty programs is desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support to Spanish-speaking customers and strengthen loyalty.
• Handle inquiries about accounts, products, and reward programs with empathy.
• Engage proactively to provide updates, resolve concerns, and collect feedback.
• Promote loyalty programs and educate customers on benefits.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure outstanding service and quick issue resolution.
• Assess feedback and loyalty metrics to suggest service enhancements.
• Maintain records of interactions and insights in the CRM system.
