Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and HR inquiries.
• Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and workers' compensation claims.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with payroll processing and coordinate with payroll providers as needed.
• Support performance management, employee development, and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation.
• Assist with policy implementation and handbook updates.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
• Support disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations in accordance with company policies.
