Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of scheduling or health care experience.
• At least 1 year of office experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise in-home care workers and clients in a geographic area.
• Create and manage work schedules to follow each client's care plan.
• On-board and train new branch Administrative employees.
• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate with admissions and update client records.
