The ideal candidate will have 1 year of scheduling experience, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and proficient Word/Excel. Training provided; full-time hours Monday–Friday 8 am–4 pm.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of office and scheduling experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Create work schedules by entering schedules into the system and adjust for client needs.
• Ensure the client's care plan is followed and coverage is provided.
• Assist with new hire process and complete required documentation.
• Coordinate with central admissions and manage reauthorizations in client records.
