Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to engage customers at scheduled home visits across California, including Martinez, with uncapped commission potential and a starting salary range that blends base pay with incentives. You will showcase the latest technology, perform hands-on demos, and drive service adoption while managing a dynamic travel schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive a company vehicle for business use.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through scheduled appointments and in-home demonstrations.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and technical delivery/services.
• Build rapport and upsell to increase customer value.
• Meet or exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential.
