Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year financial customer service experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year call center experience is preferred.
• Typing 35 WPM required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from customers and assess needs; provide solutions.
• Resolve problems by clarifying, determining causes, and explaining the best solution.
• Answer phones in a pleasant, professional manner.
• Document resolutions and follow up with customers as needed.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Follow up with clients on special cases to reach a solution.
• Complete all other tasks assigned by management.
