Job summary

Fieldprint, Inc. seeks a bi-lingual Customer Support Representative to support badging and identity management in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

The role is hybrid and operates Monday–Friday, with hours from 8:30/9:00 to 4:30/5:00 pm. Pay is $17.70 per hour, with opportunities to assist at client locations and participate in the remote I-9 process queue. Qualifications include bilingual Spanish ability and completion of FBI and client background screening.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish.
• Must successfully complete FBI and client background screening.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to client sites as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and verification of digital photographs and badge production.
• Review queues and ensure badges meet quality standards.
• Produce badges within standard production days.
• Assist with badge distribution and delivery to locations.
• Manage Queues and emails for timely responses.
• Handle Form I-9 Photo Queue activities.
