Job summary

Fieldprint, Inc. delivers Livescan fingerprinting and related services for government sectors and organizations. We seek a bi-lingual Customer Support Representative to support badging and identity management in the Fieldprint Researcher department.

The role is hybrid, based around Ft. Lauderdale, FL, with hours 8:30/9:00 to 4:30/5:00. Compensation at $17.70 per hour and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify digital photos in queues daily.
• Print and assemble badges to meet production quality standards.
• Distribute badges and track delivery to locations.
• Manage multiple queues and emails with timely responses.
• Operate the I-9 photo queue and related processes.
