Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in outbound call centers and high-volume environments.
• Proficient keyboarding and computer skills.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to handle challenging customer situations with poise and professionalism.
• Experience in customer service, minimum 2 years.
• Able to pass background clearance and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls transferred via 3rd party vendor.
• Log all customer calls and update the database with changes (appointments, reschedules, cancellations, incidents).
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly outbound call targets.
• Schedule minimum appointments per departmental goals.
• Deliver world-class customer service with every contact.
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues; escalate when needed.
• Attend community outreach events to promote the program.
